Job Title: Product Marketing Manager
Location: Brock Street (3 days a week)
Responsibilities:
* Develop measurable media plans grounded in objectives and audience insights, delivering innovation and business outcomes.
* Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to influence audience and media approaches, informing tactical planning, execution, and optimisation.
* Partner with cross-functional teams across marketing, decision science, insights & creative, along with external media agencies, to create fully integrated work.
* Analyse campaign performance against KPIs, developing takeaways and recommendations for optimisation and reporting.
Qualifications:
* Media planning experience within an agency or client organisation.
* Proven experience in multiple international markets (EMEA and/or LATAM).
* Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence outcomes across stakeholders and teams.
* Proficiency in measurement, analytics, and mining insights to create compelling recommendations.
* Experience in planning and executing multi-channel media campaigns in data-driven environments.
* Ability to identify opportunities for campaign optimisation and audience segmentation based on data findings.
* Knowledge of trends impacting media, measurement, and analytics.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience managing a media agency.
* Direct collaboration with creative teams to integrate creative strategies with media strategy and channel selection.
* Proven track record in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
* Experience working with data science/analytics teams to shape and integrate media strategies with measurement plans.
* Expertise in paid media and strategy planning.
* Experience with multi-channel scaled investment campaigns.
