Salary: £30,046 - £40,332
Pro Rata Salary: £21,312.20 - £28,232.40

As a Health & Social Care lecturer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of our students. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Leading the innovation, development, implementation, and organisation of designated courses and programmes within the HSC.
2. Teaching across a range of programs, including BTEC Nationals, CACHE, T Levels in Health.
3. Contributing to marketing and admissions events to attract top talent.
4. Ensuring compliance with quality assurance procedures and offering support in the management of resources.
5. Creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment that fosters creativity and critical thinking.
Requirements: We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and attributes:
1. Strong occupational experience within the sector.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. A passion for teaching and the ability to inspire students.
4. Experience in delivering education to learners from various levels, including 16-18 and adult learners.
5. Innovative and creative teaching approaches that cater to diverse learning styles.
