We want to work with the best people with the best skills and who demonstrates our values to: Be “remarkable every day” Location: Henllan, Denbigh LL16 5DB Hours: We have both full and part times hours available between the hours of 8.30- 21.00 or 8.30- 23.00. We are looking for someone who is happy to do sleep in shifts too. Salary: £12.14 per hour plus additional sleep-in shifts at £60 per night What you’ll be doing: In Henllan we support people with 24 hour supported living to maintain their independence at home and in the community. We support a wide variety of adults of all ages, including those with learning difficulties, mobility issues and neurological conditions. Our goal is to empower individuals to live their best life, providing support tailored to their unique needs and preferences. You’ll play a vital role in assisting individuals with their daily tasks and activities, both at home and in the community. This will include trips to shops, meals out, theatre for example. You'll encourage and enable the people we support to make choices, build confidence, and develop their skills, ensuring they feel empowered and independent. You’ll help us to meet their responsibilities such as looking after their homes and maintaining strong connections with friends and family. This role will involve administering medication and personal care.
