ACCOUNT MANAGER
LOCATION: John Lewis Cambridge
REPORTS TO: Area Sales Manager
MISSION:
The Account Manager for Acqua di Parma is passionate about exceptional fragrances and lifestyle products with a respect for creativity, and a focus on luxury and craftsmanship. In the role you will manage all aspects of the account and achieve sales targets & KPIs through your passion for the brand, demonstrating an attitude that benefits Acqua di Parma always.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage all aspects of your counter and business.
2. Achieve and exceed sales and KPI targets.
3. Merchandise the counter and sites in line with guidelines.
4. Complete weekly trade reporting, rotas, timesheets and all relevant admin duties.
5. Develop and strengthen relationships with store management.
6. Manage team members.
7. Drive and achieve CRM targets to grow your client base.

Experience:
1. Retail Management: 1 year (preferred)
2. Luxury Fragrance Sales: 2 years (preferred)

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Exceptional organisation, with a high affinity to luxury and understanding of retail environment.
3. Proficiency in digital learning tools (Apps, Zoom, Teams, etc.).
