Integrated Care Clinician (Paramedic)
The post holder will undertake telephone triage assessments of patients efficiently, advising the most appropriate interventions to meet patient needs using best clinical practice, adhering to Trust Policy, protocols, and guidelines.

Main duties of the job
NHS 111 Wales is at the forefront of improving urgent and emergency care for the people of Wales, both online and over the phone. As a Band 6 Triage and Assessment Paramedic, you’ll have the autonomy to make decisions but be supported by our experienced team of senior clinicians, practice coaches, and multi-disciplinary colleagues.

Experience
* HCP Registered Paramedic
* Evidence of Acute Experience
Qualifications
* HCPC Registered Paramedic
* Evidence of undertaking regular update training and continuous personal professional development as required by the regulating body
* Ability to work a rotating shift pattern, including nights and weekends
* Relevant clinical practice in frontline care or telephone-based triage
* Able to demonstrate strong listening and communication skills
* Able to work on own initiative
* Evidence of clinical decision-making
* Demonstrates an ability to work within a team
* Computer literate
* Ability to speak Welsh is desirable
