About the Role:
As a Static Mechanical/HVAC Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of mechanical and HVAC systems on:site. You will ensure the systems operate efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall functionality and comfort of the premises.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical and HVAC systems.
* Diagnose and repair faults in equipment.
* Perform inspections and testing to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
* Collaborate with other maintenance team members and site personnel to address and resolve issues.
* Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Mechanical/HVAC Maintenance Engineer.
* Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or HVAC.
* Strong diagnostic and problem:solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
