The Youth Pastor at Christ Apostolic Church Pentecostal Assembly is responsible for leading, training, mentoring, and spiritually nurturing young people across all church regions and community. This role involves managing of church projects, developing new worship parish and implementing dynamic, Bible-based programs that encourage spiritual growth, discipleship, and active continuous participation in church life. The Youth Pastor will work closely with church leadership to align youth initiatives with the overall vision and mission of the ministry, while also engaging with children, poor, elderly and th e wider community to foster a supportive environment for the next generation of believers. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Duties: Lead and develop a comprehensive youth ministry that aligns with the mission and vision of Christ Apostolic Church Pentecostal Assembly. Manage an empowerment platform for skills acquisition and development training, recruit, train, and oversee volunteer leaders to support the district. Supervise church mission, visitation and social media publication of the ministry projects. Disciple, mentor, and spiritually guide middle school, high school, and college-age youth. Organize and lead weekly youth services, Bible studies, small groups, and special events. Preach and teach biblically sound lessons that are relevant and engaging to youth. Develop outreach social strategies to engage youth in the surrounding community. Organize and lead youth retreats, mission trips, and other spiritual formation activities. Provide pastoral care and counselling to youth and their families as needed. Collaborate with other ministry leaders to integrate youth into the larger church body and activities. Supervise and secure the ministry information infrastructure security and systems following GDPR. Coordinate the church planting building installation, construction, electrical, mechanical projects. Ensure asset data capturing and data accuracy reports of all district. Qualifications: A University degree qualification in any related fields (essential). A vibrant personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a passion for youth ministry. Previous experience in youth ministry leadership (3-5 years preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with youth and their families. Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work well with a team and under the guidance of the Senior Pastor. A creative and energetic approach to youth ministry, with a heart for outreach and discipleship. Good knowledge of IT, media and engineering is a plus.
