WHAT TO EXPECT
As part of our journey to deliver customer love and continuously improve the quality of our products, you’ll manage a team of product auditors and lead auditors within the product variability department.
By championing the voice of the customer in the manufacturing plants leading your team who physically sample our products, you’ll drive improvements in vehicle build quality and variability reduction. You’ll also support and implement improvement strategies with key stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all scoring of vehicle issues are aligned and calibrated across plants and are in accordance with guidelines.
2. Maintain the training matrix & any other manpower related tasks as required by the leadership team and create and/or maintain appropriate documentation; Risk Assessments etc, as necessary.
3. Ensuring all product variability activities are completed on a weekly basis and any shortfall of resource or issues are escalated to the management team.
4. Ensure all training activities required for handover of launch vehicles to the plant for current model production auditing is completed.
5. Conducting team meetings on a daily/weekly basis allowing team members an opportunity to voice feedback on working practices.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
1. An individual who works independently, is results driven demonstrating tenacity, drive and perseverance with the ability to deliver results in a challenging environment.
2. An effective team player who actively develops and supports team members.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate ideas and influence stakeholders and a competent user of Microsoft Office software and good data analysis skills.
4. Able to interface and influence at all levels within the company ability to motivate and drive cross-functional teams.
5. Proven experience of participating in the delivery of complex or transformational projects across a wide range of stakeholders to demanding timelines.
