Working hours Monday Friday 09:00-17:00

About the Role
An opportunity has arisen for a number of suitable candidates to join Access Trafford busy Customer Service Team. Based in the Councils Contact Centre at Sale Waterside.
This busy department provides an essential front line service dealing with high volumes of inbound telephone calls, emails and social media enquiries. We also offer virtual face to face conversation/appointments, however effectively promote the use and benefits of online services to all of our customers
About you
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer services to our residents, visitors, businesses and partners. Candidates will need to be empathetic, enthusiastic and have a motivated approach to deliver a great customer experience for all our customers. We are looking for team players that are able to work well under pressure, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, plus a positive attitude. You will need to be numerate, literate, punctual and pro-active and take ownership of your actions.

* To work on a rota basis, Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am- 5pm
* A basic DBS check with be required.
