Job overview
This role has three main responsibilities: acting as a PA to the deputy Chief pharmacist, managing the health roster system and payroll for the department, and providing administrative support mainly to the Ealing Hospital Pharmacy department.

Education/Qualifications
* Secretarial / Administrative qualification e.g., NVQ Level 3/ Good general education up to GCSE Level including English language Grade C or above or equivalent.
* Accurate keyboard skills; typing speed of 50wpm or equivalent experience.
* Advanced computer literacy. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and sourcing web-based information).
* Educated to A Level or degree level or equivalent professional qualification.
* Qualified in minute taking.
Knowledge and experience
