Children's Home Registered Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an Ofsted Registered Service Manager to provide senior leadership at our client's Children’s Homes in Wakefield. Join a dedicated team focused on delivering quality care and making a positive impact in the lives of young adults in need!
What You Will Need As A Children's Home Registered Manager:
1. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Residential Childcare) or working towards it
2. Minimum of 2 years' experience managing an Ofsted-rated “Good” or above home
3. Experience working with children and young people aged 16+ with challenging behaviors
4. In-depth knowledge of current legislation (Children's Homes England Regulations 2015, Quality Standards 2015, Children Act 1989, Children Act 2004, Supported Accommodation Regulations 2023, and others)
Children's Home Registered Manager Role Details:
1. Location: Oswestry
2. Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
3. Schedule: Monday to Friday with weekend availability
4. Driving License: Required
5. Salary: £50,000 per year, with various bonuses to be discussed during the interview process
