Reporting to: Bids & Marketing Manager
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am - 5pm
Based at Head Office (Cheam, Surrey), with the option to review Hybrid working after the successful completion of training
Salary: £25,000 - £32,000, depending on experience
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bids and Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing team. The successful candidate will assist in the preparation of bid documents, support marketing campaigns, and help maintain our brand's consistency across various platforms. To succeed in this role, you must be able to prioritise a complex and varied workload, whilst demonstrating a hardworking and flexible approach to meeting challenging deadlines.
Assist in the preparation, editing, and submission of high-quality bid and tender documents in collaboration with the Bids Manager and other team members
Marketing Support:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media and content creation
Update and maintain the company’s website, ensuring that content is current, engaging, and aligned with the company’s brand
Support the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters
Monitor and respond to online reviews, comments and feedback
Help with the renewal of company accreditations
Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as required to support the wider business
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design software (e.g. Creative thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Proactive, hardworking and flexible when approaching challenging deadlines
Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends, to support marketing events and/or ensure critical deadlines are met (though this will be rare)
