Operational
Exports / Imports:
1. Post Flights and Flight control updates
2. Updating customer booking sheets both internal and external
3. Making carrier bookings and organising Permanent Booking schedule
4. Assist with processing of claims
5. Assist with updating customs action logs
Customer Services:
1. Support Operations Team with fulfilling customer requirements
2. Assist with dealing with customer queries
3. Ensure customers are sent invoices and relevant paperwork in a timely manner
Administration:
1. Customer Invoicing and Cost control
2. Assist with management and storage of buy and sell rates
3. Updating ULD logs and maintaining daily statistics
4. Consumables stock management and ordering
5. Updating claims log and organising required backup docs
6. Assist with creating and updating Customer SOP’s and work instructions
7. Assist with maintaining required paperwork for temporary labour in Chiller
8. Carry out any other duties as reasonably requested by your Manager.

Training
Training to be Provided:
On the job training delivered by the employer. Apprentices without Level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking the end point assessment. For those with an education, health and care plan or a legacy statement, the apprenticeships English and mathematics minimum requirement is Entry Level 3.
Allocation of an apprenticeship delivery coach who will carry out regular training.
Assessment and support visits to ensure you acquire new learning, knowledge skills and behaviours to progress and develop.
Identify, track and support 6 hours off the job training activities.
Quarterly formal progress review meetings, identifying learning achievements and next steps.
