About the Role
Base Location: Flexible, however our preference is that you will be based in one of our key UK sites, which includes but is not limited to: Glasgow, Perth, Aberdeen, Inverness, Reading and Havant.
Salary: £41,583 - £48,296 and a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.
Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available
* Carry out day-to-day activities for delivery core functions including collation of resource and planning data, and MI.
* Adhere to all reporting standards and instigate improvements where identified.
* Provide support to managers in tracking the progress of all Operational Technology supply chain activities.
* Manage production and consolidation of reports, using appropriate templates and meeting all relevant deadlines.
* Update and improve delivery methodologies, work instructions, policies, standards and procedures.
What do I need?
* Experience of working with third party suppliers.
* Background in Portfolio Office functions, using collaborative skills in coaching others to complete required reports and managing reporting cycle on large projects; in particular for Agile delivery.
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio.
* Project Cost Accounting fundamentals.
* A solid understanding of IT products, services & systems.
