The Company This SaaS firm supports design and development teams by removing friction in design system documentation. Now shifting into a broader design ops space, they're focused on building a product that scales with the needs of large, distributed teams. The Team You'll join a small analytics team reporting into the Head of Data, collaborating closely with PMs, Engineers, Growth Marketers, and Designers. Most of the team are London-based but work fully remotely across the UK. The Role As a Growth Analyst, you'll own projects that directly inform product strategy, customer onboarding, and marketing performance. Responsibilities include: - Leading funnel analysis to identify drop-offs and highlight activation points - Running A/B tests and experiments across product and marketing journeys - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth strategies - Building dashboards and tools with Amplitude, Heap, or Mixpanel - Measuring conversions from initial sign-up through to enterprise adoption - Analysing paid, organic, and brand marketing channel performance Example Questions You'll Help Answer: - What channels convert best from signup to active user? - What early behaviours predict strong retention? - Where are users dropping off during onboarding? - How do public references influence signup conversions?
