We are looking to hire an experienced Business Development Managerworking on behalf of a Vehicle Trade Parts Company, supporting their respective branch network to increase Trade Parts sales performance throughout Castleford and surrounding areas.
Business Development Manager Role
This is a newly created role is to coach, lead, develop allocated Franchised Dealers in their business processes and sales of Genuine Parts sales within the independent Automotive industry with specific focus on developing genuine mechanical trade parts sales. The role will encompass working closely in a consultative and supportive approach.

* A successful track record in developing Genuine Parts or Trade Parts Sales
* Solid understanding of the VM Trade Parts sales and the
* Concise understanding of the benefits in Genuine Parts to the trade.
* Strong people influencing skills.
* High level of analytical skills with gravitas to present compelling business cases around growing trade parts sales and trade development initiatives.
* Eloquent presenter with strong numeracy, verbal and written communication skills to present at all levels.
* PC literate able to use all Microsoft applications proficiently.
* Solid understanding of Vehicle Parts operations and their route to market.
