About the Role This structured Graduate Recruitment Scheme is designed to provide early-career professionals with in-depth experience, professional training, and accredited qualifications. Successful candidates will join one of three pathways: 1. Graduate Project Manager and Change Leader
7. Work closely with stakeholders to manage scope, risks, and budgets for strategic IT projects.
8. Contribute to initiatives spanning Technology, Education, Research, Administration, and Engagement and Dissemination.
9. Support feature enhancements, implement change control, and assist with financial planning.
2. Graduate Business Analyst
10. Act as a bridge between end-users and IT teams, translating business needs into technical solutions
11. Analyse business processes, identify areas for improvement, and support system development.
12. Conduct stakeholder engagement, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
3. Graduate Business Change Officer
13. Support stakeholders through IT system changes to ensure smooth adoption and maximum benefit
14. Facilitate communications, training, and user engagement for successful implementation.
15. Help drive change initiatives across the University’s digital estate.
This is a 30-month fixed-term programme, with two training pathways:
16. Graduate-level roles (without an apprenticeship): On-the-job training with role-specific accredited qualifications.
17. Graduate-level roles with a Level 7 apprenticeship (master's level): Level 7 MSc Digital & Technology Solutions Apprenticeship (for Project Management and Business Analysis roles only).
A minimum of two days on-site per week is required, with flexible working arrangements. About You We are looking for enthusiastic graduates eager to develop their careers. You should have:
