Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Care Manager to lead our domiciliary care services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing care operations, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, and driving business growth through client acquisition and tender management.
Key Responsibilities
* Case Management & Compliance: Ensure the highest standards of care by implementing CQC assessment processes and securing a positive rating.
* Business Development: Network effectively, convert prospective clients into long-term service users, and drive business growth.
* Tender Management: Oversee and execute tender applications to secure new contracts and expand service reach.
* Staff Training & Supervision: Lead, mentor, and train care staff to uphold excellence in service delivery.
* Client Welfare & Elder Care: Ensure personalized and high-quality care plans for clients, addressing their medical and social needs.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven track record in managing a domiciliary care company.
* Strong knowledge of CQC assessment processes with experience in achieving high ratings.
