Reports to: The Headteacher. We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant Foundation Stage Unit. Key Responsibilities: support children in the Foundation Stage, fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment assist with the delivery of the Foundation Stage curriculum collaborate with the class teacher to plan and implement effective learning activities provide one-to-one and small group support to meet the needs of all pupils. You will have: knowledge of the Foundation Stage curriculum (preferred) experience working with young children in an educational setting excellent communication and interpersonal skills the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team a commitment to promoting inclusive practice.
