With always an eye on Continuous Improvement, this role of Compliance Lead has been created for the first time, where you will have a chance to work with Account and client stakeholders to improve best Engineering Maintenance practice across the site This is a Hard and Soft services account with M&E delivered across much of the site, which is a mental health institution, designed to accommodate those with mental health challenges serious enough to be hospitalised. This includes a Dementia Ward and specialist facility for those with Learning Disabilities To provide effective care, it is critical the we deliver a robust and consistent M&E service, maintaining a myriad of assets and systems across the estate, while remaining mindful of any disruption to patients and staff As Compliance Lead you will have no line mgmnt duties instead working to processes and systems, with a Continuous Improvement mentality This is a fantastic role for a confident Facilities Technical Lead looking to advance their career within Healthcare and become familiar with the industry specific regulations Actions will include: Perform supervisory functions common to a facility maintenance and utility plant operations organization Review and evaluate performance and ensure quality standards are being met Take corrective action to resolve problems Understand the Owner’s building operations rules for the building(s) under care and as provided by the Key Account Manager Work with Key Account Manager to ensure efficient utilization of staff Make Task assignments as needed for Work Tickets and Preventative Maintenance Work Orders for the O&M TeamSolve problems within procedural limitations Ensure staff complete PM’s and work orders as scheduled each month Ensure the Operations & Maintenance Documents (Documents Library) of Drawings, O&M manuals, Site Operators Manual, etc. are up to date and neatly stored and easily and readily retrievable We need from you: Clear M&E qualification, technical leadership experience/history of influencing others and driving change Ideally an understanding of Healthcare Technical Memorandum (HTMs)
