Temporary Booking in Clerk/ Customer Service Agent £12.00 per hour. Hours 0830am – 16:30pm Monday to Friday.
My client based near Norwich airport is looking for a Temporary Booking in Clerk/ Customer Service Agent to join their team on a temporary basis.
The role will cover a broad spectrum of tasks, the main functions of the role are:
• Unboxing and transporting items from goods in, to the administration area
• Processing the items, booking them onto company system whist ensuring the correct serial number and accounts are used.
• Passing them to the relevant department
• Customer Service – emails / telephone
• Other ad hoc admin related duties
The ideal candidates will need,
• Excellent attention to detail, solid data entry skills.
• Good administration skills, typing, telephone experience and a willingness to learn
• Work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent Computer skills
• Ideally have own transport or live local, due to location
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 0830am – 16:30pm
