The successful applicant must be able to work under a minimum of supervision and to exercise considerable personal responsibility, judgment and initiative and be prepared for flexibility in work depending on the academic calendar. They will be expected to work as part of the admissions team to effectively and efficiently provide a professional applicant experience to admission at Ulster. - ABOUT YOU - - Evidence of a good standard of literacy/numeracy as demonstrated by qualifications at GCSE or equivalent or by relevant work experience. - Experience in a clerical role, to include working with large databases to input and extract data, using a report writer tool for preparation of reports and to work across multiple databases to communicate complex information to internal and external stakeholders.
