Mott MacDonald Bentley (MMB) are looking for an aspiring Commissioning Engineer with a good level of experience with fault diagnosis and repair on electrical/ mechanical systems. You'll be working on a large wastewater project in Cambridge – on local site locations within a suitable commuting distance. Your day to day will include: Attending Factory Acceptance Testing and pre delivery inspections and assist the project team with project completions. Work within the team of mechanical, EICA and process engineers to develop best practice, a strong health & safety environment and value for money. Wastewater projects incorporating new build and refurbishment on apparatus such as inlet works, course screens with screen handling units, grit separation & classifiers, fine screens, chemical dosing, dewatering & secondary treatment plant etc What we'd like from you: Experience of installation & commissioning in utility or commercial building sectors Experience of working to electrical procedures, including providing Electrical Permits Experience with planning the commissioning process Good fault-finding skills with a meticulous health and safety approach is a core requirement for the role Working to safe systems of work including producing and reviewing third party Risk Assessments & Method Statements.
