We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough dental cleanings and scaling procedures to remove plaque and tartar from teeth.
* Perform periodontal assessments and document findings accurately in patient records.
* Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
* Assist in the development of individualised patient care plans based on their specific needs.
* Utilise CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology for treatment planning when necessary.
* Employ medical imaging techniques to capture high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
* Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies.
Requirements
* Valid dental hygiene licence and certification from an accredited institution.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy related to oral health.
* Experience with CAD software is advantageous but not essential.
* Proficiency in medical imaging techniques is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
