Sales Administrator
Location: St Ives
Hours: Monday - Friday - 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Salary: Up to £11.50ph DOE

Our client is looking for a driven and confident individual to join their sales order processing team. The role involves managing a variety of tasks and facing challenges with a proactive attitude.

Skills and Experience:
1. Previous experience is a plus, but your enthusiasm and drive are what really count.
2. You know how to keep customers happy, even when handling high volumes of emails.
3. Keen eye for detail.
4. You're self-motivated and can work independently.
Duties:
1. Continuously review orders for potential discrepancies and notify customers of any issues within 12 hours to resolve them efficiently.
2. Manage company correspondence, handle complaints, and respond to queries promptly and professionally, maintaining high standards of customer service.
3. Ensure all incoming orders are accurately loaded into the system on the day they are received.
4. Process orders daily ensuring accuracy and efficiency to meet individual performance KPIs.
5. Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed team KPIs.
6. Provide proactive support to the order processing team and assist other office departments when necessary to ensure smooth operations.
7. Confirm all processed orders with customers within 24 hours, ensuring timely and clear communication.
