HR Business Partner (Travelling) Location: South of England (travel required) Salary: 55,000 per annum Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Key Responsibilities: Business Partnering: Act as a strategic partner to regional leadership teams, providing expert HR advice and guidance. Employee Relations: Manage complex ER cases ensuring fair treatment and adherence to company policies across multiple sites. Talent Management: Drive talent acquisition efforts, working closely with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent. Commercial Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with commercial objectives. Project Leadership: Lead a cross-functional project aimed at enhancing business operations and driving growth across all locations. Training and Development: Identify training needs and opportunities for skill enhancement to support business objectives. Key Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a commercial environment. Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices. Empathetic, energetic, and engaging personality with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to travel extensively across the South of England at least 3 days a week.
