We’re delighted to be working in partnership with an independent property business, whose portfolio covers the breadth of the UK. This excellent firm requires a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to support their friendly and growing team based in their Lincoln city centre office.
There is an excellent c£25,000 starting salary along with a generous commission structure. You can expect a fast-paced working environment and in-house training and support from the friendly team.
Responsibilities
* Developing and maintaining relationships between Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors
* Regularly conduct viewings on a range of properties
* Take initial enquiries via phone, email, and in person
* Oversee all contracts and details of guarantor for potential and active tenants
* Conduct in-person and team meetings with new tenants and existing landlords
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience within an office is essential
* Full clean and clear driving license essential
* Previous B2B sales-based experience highly desirable
* Professional written and verbal communication skills
* Positive and enthusiastic approach to work
