We are seeking a High Pressure Maintenance Specialist to join our client’s team in Teesside. The role focuses on delivering safe, high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective critical spares refurbishment, machine work, and high-pressure maintenance for bespoke high-pressure equipment requirements.
Responsibilities:
Deliver timely, high-quality refurbishment activities in the refurbishment workshop
Maintain quality standards for materials in the critical spares refurbishment loop
Provide quality control and assurance leadership during planned and unplanned outages
Diagnose and resolve issues, raise SAP Notifications, and update SAP with findings
Support reactive breakdown recovery and out-of-hours work
Ensure technical standards for high-pressure joints as a Joint Making Authority
Complete specific tasks requiring specialist knowledge on plants
Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify improvement actions
Hold a Work Control Permit and complete risk assessments
Requirements:
Trade qualification in mechanical engineering or similar.
Proficiency in SAP, CMMS and CNC machining.
Experience in the petrochemical or oil & gas sectors.
