My client has an immediate requirement for a mechanically biased Multi Skilled Engineer to be based at their site in Adlington, Lancashire. The successful Multi Skilled Engineer will be joining a successful Global business where you will work within a small team of friendly engineers, carrying out a mixture of planned preventative maintenance, and reactive breakdowns to a range of manufacturing machinery on site. Multi Skilled Engineer Requirements: Must have completed a recognised apprenticeship program and hold a mechanical qualification to level 3 as a minimum. Ability to work with drives, motors, pumps, pneumatic, hydraulics, conveyors, rollers. Knowledge of PUWER. Have strong mechanical and electrical fault finding and diagnostic experience. Previous experience working on PLC’s would be beneficial. Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical engineering diagrams and schematics.
