Job title: Receptionist
Grade and salary: Grade 2: Actual salary - £21,970 - £23,032 per annum (£24,404 - £25,584 FTE)
Working pattern: 37 hours per week, 41 working weeks per year (Term time only plus 2 weeks).
Contract term: Permanent.

The role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen at The Manor Academy for a friendly and experienced Receptionist to join the team. You will be responsible for delivering a customer focused front line reception service, providing a professional welcome to visitors and dealing politely and efficiently with face-to-face enquiries from staff, students, families and outside agencies who present themselves at the school reception.
The person:
The successful candidate will be able to use specialist ICT equipment sensitively and confidentially, they will have effective communication skills to provide a welcoming reception for visitors, staff and students. The ideal candidate will be customer focused and have experience of working on a busy reception desk.
