Location : Lincoln, Lincolnshire- remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required Business Area: Kier Transportation, Highways Contract : Full Time, Permanent – flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know What will your responsibilities be? As surveyor, you'll be working within the Lincoln Estates team, supporting them with delivering estates services to a broad range of mainly public sector clients. You will have the opportunity to develop and apply your technical skills and experience across a varied and sometimes challenging, property portfolio and be prepared to ensure service excellence.. Your day to day will include: Maximising use and development of property data systems to support business needs. Challenge established ways of working for positive outcomes for the team, business, and our clients. Maintain an active personal caseload in line with utilisation expectations of the business with guidance and support provided by senior team members. Innovative approach to service delivery and project management. You must ensure activities meet with and integrate with the estates service delivery plan, ensuring a quality service is provided to our clients. What are we looking for? Associate Member or Chartered status, membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Demonstrable experience of general practice surveying work, including working with public sector clients, which includes market valuations, asset valuations, landlord & tenant, disposals and acquisitions and rating advice. Knowledge of Compulsory Purchase and Compensation Understanding of the complex stakeholder environment in which services are to be delivered.
