A unique opportunity for an aspiring Operations Manager to gain experience at a senior level supporting the Operations Manager at a time of development and change within a busy City Centre Hotel.
For this position you will have experience in all departments of the hotel, along with duty manager experience. You will also have a great passion for the hotel industry and a passion for excellent customer service.
You are expected to be well presented, friendly, enthusiastic and willing to learn. You are also required to promote and maintain the reputation of the hotel by providing excellent customer care and service.
With the Operations Manager you will ensure staff are trained and motivated to meet the hotels high standards.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Operations Manager in all aspects of running and maintaining high standards of the hotel including reception, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, HR & health and safety.
-Supervising Weddings and Conference & Events ensuring exceptional standards are met at all times
- Monitoring and actioning every guest feedback through our direct website and 3rd party websites
- Manage and motivate a team of direct reports daily
-Ensure guest experience is maintained at exceptional levels
- Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reporting, - producing reports, performance information and analysis based on KPI's

Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
