Key Responsibilities:
* Utilise a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals, to find the best candidates.
* Manage job advertisements, ensuring vacancies are effectively promoted across platforms like LinkedIn and job boards.
* Review CVs, screen applications, and coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth, efficient recruitment process.
* Take the lead in delivering a seamless and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.
* Oversee all aspects of the vetting process, including background checks, right to work verifications, criminal record checks, and references.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective candidates to meet current and future recruitment needs.
* Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, offering valuable insights to guide strategic hiring decisions.

* Proven experience in recruitment role, with a strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build strong relationships with candidates at all levels.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
* A proactive approach to sourcing candidates and identifying top-tier talent.
* Familiarity with recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
* A positive, collaborative attitude, focused on delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
* Knowledge of HR systems and vetting procedures (background checks, reference checks, etc.) is a plus.
