In this role, you’ll receive practical training, coaching and the chance to shadow a diverse, multi-skilled team as you build a solid foundation in managing complex change. With a blend of structured learning and real-world exposure, you'll acquire the essential skills needed to take the next step in your career. During this time, you’ll allocate around 20% of your working week to studying, learning, and spending time with your course tutor. The rest of the time? You’ll be supporting the team on providing meaningful inputs across a variety of activities and workstreams to ensure we’re always improving at Co-op, one step at a time. What you'll do Shadow Business Analysts (BAs) and Change Leaders (CLs) and Business Improvement Leads (BIs) to gain practical experience and insights Participate in monthly mentoring and coaching sessions with the TD Leadership team for diverse exposure, learning more about the development of Communities of Practice across these areas Support the continuous improvement of the onboarding process for new starters Assist with project and service alignment, supporting the team in ensuring capacity and resourcing is managed effectively across the large-scale portfolio Contribute actively to the team’s design services and ongoing projects, while helping manage resource and capacity planning Support BAs, CLs and BIs with workstreams, facilitating workshops, peer-reviewing documents, and assisting with change training sessions This role would suit people who have [SS1] Experience in corporate or retail environments, adaptable to different settings and able to work effectively with various stakeholders. Strong communication skills, proactiveness, and time management abilities. Genuine interest in pursuing a career in change, transformation, or business improvement. Proficient in IT software, with a strong ability to learn and use Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).
