Have you got a background in Motor Factor or parts distribution? If so, this role may be for you. Our client is looking for a Service Advisor to process Counter Sales in an automotive setting. This role is customer-facing and requires a candidate that can offer customers the highest standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking to purchase car parts over the counter, providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the purchasing process.
2. Liaise effectively with various departments to promptly and efficiently meet customer needs, including checking stock availability and recommending appropriate parts/components.
3. Process sales orders accurately and efficiently for both individual customers and contract clients, ensuring all paperwork is completed in adherence to company standards.
4. Support the development and growth of the customer base by providing personalised service and expert advice on Car Parts and Motor Factors.
5. Provide regular reports and feedback to management, identifying areas for improvement and addressing customer concerns proactively.
6. Handle warranty issues and claims with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
7. Undertake ad-hoc duties and tasks as directed by the business to enhance overall customer experience and operational efficiency.
