easyJet is now recruiting for our 2025 Engineering Technical Support Apprenticeship Programme based in our Engineering and Maintenance function. During your apprenticeship, you will spend time in one of three different areas of engineering: Base Maintenance, Engineering Training, or our Supply Chain team.

What you’ll be doing:
1. Complete a Level 3 Apprenticeship – Business Administrator whilst working alongside our teams in Luton for on-the-job training.
2. Gain experience in key operational engineering support functions:
1. Base Maintenance/Modification Planning: Planning of our complex heavy base maintenance checks and assisting our modifications team.
2. Engineering Training: Coordinating and managing engineering training courses, contributing to the design and development of course content.
3. Supply Chain Part & Vendor Administrator: Working in the Supply Chain team to manage the complete end-to-end process from supplier selection to delivery of goods and services.
3. Your passion will be turned into practical experience in an exciting live environment.
What skills will you learn?
1. Use of internal I.T. systems, including MS Office, Teams, AMOS, TOPS.
2. Writing professional emails and recording and analysing data.
3. Making decisions and dealing with challenges.
4. Building relationships within the MOC teams and across the organisation.
5. Effective communication skills.
6. Working to a high standard.
Apprenticeship Levy funding criteria:
1. Spend 50% of working time in England.
2. Current qualifications do not overlap with the apprenticeship.
3. Complete a prior knowledge check.
4. Provide Maths & English GCSE or equivalent certificates.
What Support will you get?
easyJet will provide 6 hours per week ‘off the job’ during working hours to support the apprenticeship learning.
What you’ll need for this role:
1. Minimum of five GCSEs or level 3 Functional Skills including English, Maths at grades 4-9.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Motivated, pro-active, and have a positive attitude.
4. An interest in aviation and engineering is an advantage.
5. Eligibility to hold a valid passport and pass a CRB check.

Location & Hours of Work:
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week.
