Job Description We are recruiting for Electronics Assemblers for a leading manufacturer of innovative weather measurement sensors. As an Assembly Technician you will play a key role in the manufacture of products to a high-quality standard using hand tools and assembly jigs. Recording build/test information. Rejecting and recording nonconforming product. Continuous quality inspection of your own work. Maintenance of bench stock items, bench top tools and manufacturing aids. Use of PC systems. Working to standard construction or build times. Requirements: Previous assembly and test experience is an advantage. Previous soldering and wiring experience desirable (this is not essential as full training will be given) PC Literate with general numeracy and literacy skills. Good dexterity and an eye for detail and quality. Organised and self-motivated individual with the initiative to prioritise. Ability to work on your own and as part of a team. Tidy and organised. Positive and friendly approach. A correct aptitude, willing to undergo training and a positive can-do approach is essential.
