Main duties of the job Led by the TSS team and supported by the Clinical Nurse Lead you will be required to deliver a high standard of care to our patients across all areas of healthcare. You will provide support and care for service users with mental and physical health needs and to their carers within a multidisciplinary setting. You will undertake assigned tasks under the general supervision of a registered nurse, including assisting in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care. You will be trained to ensure that issues of equality, diversity and rights are dealt with in accordance with good practice and legislation.
