Administrative assistant/Secretary: Lothian Weight Management and Prevention of Type 2 Diabetes Service An administrator/secretary is required to join a large multidisciplinary team based at Woodlands House, Astley Ainslie Hospital. This part time post will be responsible for providing a comprehensive administrative service to the Weight Management and Prevention of Type 2 Diabetes Service. This exciting post, within an ever developing service, requires an ability to work in a busy open plan office both autonomously and as part of a team. Working schedule to cover a 5 day service, Monday to Friday.
Key requirements: NHS Values. Excellent telephone manner, ability to calmly manage a high call demand; Good keyboard skills; competency with Microsoft Office packages; Accurate record keeping; Excellent communication skills; Administrative experience and effective workload management skills.
