What youll do day to day
* Deliver first-class and prompt admin support to the Corporate Hub
* Help develop relationships with purchasers from existing Corporate customers
* Support LBDMs, Key Account Managers and Broker Account Managers
* Act as a key point of contact for Corporate customers
* Construct quotes according to negotiated terms
* Maintain the Corporate customer database
* Manage customer demonstration bookings
* Order and locate vehicles to fulfil sold orders
* Resolve discrepancies and escalate issues to the Corporate Hub Manager
* Ensure timely processing and documentation
* Agree profit on deals before month-end closure
* Track and control vehicle debtors
* Initiate and maintain vehicle deal files
