Support Services Manager/Change Manager
Location: London/Hybrid
Salary: £53,850 - £80,760
Contract: 12 months fixed term (minimum)

Join a dynamic and innovative team within the newly formed Systems Alliance, where you’ll play a key role in driving collaboration and operational excellence across the project. We’re looking for a Support Services Manager/Change Manager who is passionate about effective governance and stakeholder engagement in a public sector environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development and management of the Alliance Business Plan, Governance Plan, Management Plan, and Collaboration Development and Support Plan.
2. Foster collaboration among alliance contractors to ensure effective coordination of programs, aligning with cost and schedule targets.
3. Drive best practices and enhance project management and change management capabilities across the organisation.
4. Develop and implement operating models to optimise project outcomes.
5. Communicate complex information clearly, both verbally and in writing, to diverse stakeholders.
6. Identify problems and develop effective solutions while managing multiple workstreams and stakeholder demands.
7. Track business performance against KPIs, providing insightful reports to senior stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
1. Strong project management and change management skills, particularly in HR and finance.
2. In-depth knowledge of public sector operations and governance frameworks.
3. Experience in leading and managing teams across functions to achieve complex objectives.
4. Proficiency in project lifecycle management, including planning, procurement, and implementation.
5. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders in ambiguous situations.
6. Proven track record in developing and managing business processes within large corporate environments.
