They are looking for an ambitious and motivated Internal Account Manager to join their expanding team. Internal Account Manager Location – Kempston Salary: £30,000 - £40,000. Roles & Responsibilities: Account Management: Take ownership of a portfolio of accounts where you will, nurture and develop long-term relationships to maximize growth. Client Engagement: Manage and strengthen relationships with national customers, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction. Cross-Sector Experience: Work with clients from various sectors, understanding their unique needs, and positioning the company’s solutions effectively. Growth Strategy: Contribute to the ongoing growth of both existing and new accounts, identifying ways to expand market share and improve revenue streams. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and effective account management. About You: Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of managing small/medium/large accounts. Able to work nationally and adapt to diverse client needs across sectors. Passionate about building and maintaining strong client relationships. Results-oriented, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ideally, you will have a background in packaging/distribution, but sales professionals with strong account management experience will be considered.
