The Role
As our Marketing Executive, you’ll develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to elevate our brand, attract top talent, and drive business growth. From content creation and social media management to event planning and market research, this role offers variety and the chance to showcase your creativity.
What You’ll Be Doing
Digital Marketing & Content Creation
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and generate leads.
Create engaging content for our website, blog, email marketing, and social media.
Work with internal teams to design creative assets (graphics, videos, infographics).
Implement SEO strategies to enhance organic reach.
Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using analytics tools.Social Media & Brand Management
Manage and grow our presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more.
Plan and schedule social media content to drive engagement.
Keep an eye on industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
Engage with online audiences and respond to enquiries.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.Email & Campaign Marketing
Create targeted email campaigns to engage candidates and clients.
Use CRM tools to segment audiences and personalise content.
Track and analyse campaign success to refine strategies.Event Management & Promotion
Promote and manage industry events, job fairs, and webinars.
Organise marketing materials and event logistics.Market Research & Strategy
Analyse market trends, candidate behaviour, and client needs.
Identify new marketing opportunities and provide data-driven insights.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with Directors to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Support internal communications and company updates.What We’re Looking For
Education: Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience: 1-3 years in a marketing role, ideally in recruitment or professional services
Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
SEO Knowledge: Understanding of search engine optimisation strategies.
Social Media Savvy: Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and other platforms for B2B marketing.
Content Creator: Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
Data-Driven: Analytical mindset to track performance and optimise marketing strategies.
Organised & Proactive: Strong project management skills to juggle multiple campaigns.
Great Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
