Responsibilities:
1. Dealing with general plumbing and heating reactive calls as and when required
2. Dealing with commercial gas planned and reactive calls as and when required
3. Carry out planned plumbing and heating calls
4. HIU Service and maintenance
5. Use of company CRM system
6. Attending both commercial sites and private dwellings
7. Ability to clearly identify both domestic and commercial gas, plumbing and heating issues and rectify
8. Ability to accurately quote any remedial works on a time and material basis
9. Become member of Call-out Rota to achieve 1 week in 5
10. Commercially aware
11. Updating maintenance system to ensure reports can be sent to clients in a timely manner
12. Ensuring that maintenance work is processed in a timely manner
13. Communicating with sub-contractors and Woodford engineers daily
14. Improving the standard of our client’s buildings / maintenance
15. Working closely with property maintenance managers to ensure a one-team approach to management of maintenance issues
16. Deliver great customer service to our clients and contractors
17. Building outstanding working relationships with our clients, contractors and other departments within the business
Qualifications:
The successful candidate should be Gas Safe registered and have CCN1 (Domestic Gas Safety) or equivalent.
