Job Title: Data Quality & Compliance Manager Location: Liverpool City Centre Salary: £45,000 per annum Hours: Office-based, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM We’re looking for an experienced property management professional to join our client's team as a Data Quality & Compliance Manager. This role is all about ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and smooth operations across our property management, lettings, and block management processes. Key Responsibilities Ensure all property and transaction data in our systems is accurate and up-to-date. Conduct data audits, resolve inconsistencies, and improve reporting processes. Generate performance reports with insights for senior management. Track key metrics, including occupancy rates, arrears, and customer satisfaction. Audit workflows, communications, and processes to identify and implement improvements. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Review customer interactions, provide feedback, and implement strategies to enhance satisfaction. Handle complaints efficiently and manage online reviews to protect the company’s reputation. Create and deliver training programs on compliance, customer service, and software use. Collaborate with teams to streamline workflows and enhance business performance. Identify and implement technology solutions to boost efficiency. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in property management is essential. Strong analytical and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and reporting tools. In-depth knowledge of property legislation and industry standards.
