About the Role
* To provide an excellent level of administrative support, primarily situated at front of house in our busy school office.
* To support all school staff to ensure that teaching and learning can be delivered to an excellent standard in order that our children can receive the best education.
* This role is part time (39 weeks in total) and the salary is reflective of actual part time hours. 7:45am - 4pm Monday to Friday Term Time plus 5 days to be worked over INSET/Twilight sessions as agreed.
Personal Qualities
We are looking to create a new role for a level 3 admin assistant, primarily front of house with some additional, higher responsibility to work alongside our office manager under the remit of the School Business Manager. You will need to be professional, highly motivated, reliable and articulate. You will also have outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills and a passion to see that all of our children reach their full potential.
This role will involve welcoming all children and stakeholders to our school. You will need to be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and school database systems, along with a professional telephone manner, excellent hospitality skills and a good understanding and working knowledge of a busy school office. The person appointed will be committed and have high expectations with a professional regard for the ethos at St. Margaret's Anfield CE Primary.
