We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sites Manager to join our team at Runcorn Bus Depot. As an integral part of the operations team, you will oversee day-to-day bus services, ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting service delivery targets, and driving continuous improvement. You will lead and motivate operational teams, focusing on safety, regulatory compliance, and delivering an outstanding experience for both customers and colleagues. Your leadership will be key in maintaining a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment while collaborating with key stakeholders, including local authorities, regulatory bodies, and other business partners. Key Responsibilities: Health & Safety : Ensure adherence to the Health and Safety Policy, statutory obligations, and best practices. Responsible for the safe operations of the depot and bus services in line with Arriva's HS&E Management System. Customer Focus : Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with local authorities and other stakeholders. Ensure all complaints are addressed promptly and effectively. People Management : Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. Foster a culture of inclusion, equality, and diversity, while ensuring your teams have the necessary resources and capabilities to succeed. Quality & Performance : Lead service delivery and operational compliance, driving continuous improvement in performance and profitability. Customer-focused background, with expertise in customer satisfaction and dispute resolution. Experience in creating and maintaining a safe and continuously improving work environment.
