Salary & Benefits:
* Competitive Salary + Bonuses: On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £55,000 - £60,000, including achievable time-saved bonuses

Key Responsibilities:
* Repair and reshape vehicle panels to remove dents and damage
* Replace or repair damaged structural parts to manufacturers' specifications
* Align vehicle panels to meet manufacturer standards
* Ensure productivity levels align with Thatcham repair times
* Comply with company health and safety regulations, ensuring PPE is used at all times
* Understand and meet BSI 10125 Kitemark work requirements
