Job Role: As a Supply Teacher, your responsibilities will include: Delivering engaging lessons across Key Stage 1 (KS1), Key Stage 2 (KS2), and EYFS, following the National Curriculum. Creating a positive and productive classroom environment, managing behavior and ensuring student engagement. Marking and assessing work during longer placements, in line with school policies. Adapting to different school environments and building strong relationships with staff and students. Providing support to students and helping them reach their full potential. Required Skills and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) status. Recent experience working as a Class Teacher in a Primary School. A strong understanding of the National Curriculum across KS1, KS2, and EYFS. Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different school environments.
