This position is to support a young lady with a mixture of Challenging Behaviour Autism and learning disabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in Mental Health/Challenging behaviour, Autism and communication aids, Someone who is Kind natured ,very calm and patient. Role responsibilities. In this role, you will be energetic, enthusiastic and promote independence. You will be required to plan and take part in daily activities in the community indoor and outdoor, ensuring she lives life to the full. You will encourage learning and developing skills that are fun and engaging too supporting with all needs including personal care.
